1. Introduction:

■ During the rotating process, the rotary tube bundle stirs materials up and down inside the roller.There are no dead angle when turning and mixing material.
■ Since the heat exchange tube is not bearing weight of raw material when the roller is rotating, the probability of leakage of the heat exchange tube is lower.the service life of the equipmentis greatly improved; what’s more, it also allows starting with raw materials,thus is easy to use and maintain.
■ It increases the indirect heat exchange area.The whole roller shell is involved in the heat exchange when the roller is in operation,which is more conductive to materials raw material drying and enhances the drying effect.
